You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerform work within the Universitys Human Capital Management system to administer employee personnel actions maintain employee personnel records compensation/classification data and administer the employment function from position request to onboarding in the human resources department. Support the hiring onboarding employment and personnel record keeping process by assuring compliance with federal state local university regulation/policy and collective bargaining agreements.
Essential Functions:
Education: 18 months of education or training beyond high school required. Bachelors degree preferred.
