Job Description

This position at GRCCs Lakeshore Campus serves as the primary point of contact for student services including admissions enrollment and financial aid. The role requires strong customer service skills bilingual communication and the ability to manage a high-traffic front desk while supporting students and campus operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with student applications financial aid processes orientation events and supervising student employees. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is essential along with a commitment to confidentiality teamwork and serving a diverse student population.
