Lead discussions with operations teams to clarify system workflow and process requirements.
Gather document and analyze comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Assist customers in understanding system functionality and optimizing their use of assigned applications for project-specific tasks.
Analyze customer workflows and business processes and assist in reengineering efforts for improved operational efficiency.
Create implement and maintain automated workflows aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal IT project teams and support staff to ensure smooth implementation and system integration.
Serve as a technical liaison maintaining a strong customer service focus while delivering scalable cost-effective solutions.
Monitor and support ongoing workflow performance and recommend improvements as needed.
Apply healthcare domain knowledge (if applicable) to enhance relevance and effectiveness of technical solutions.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Strong workflow creation and implementation skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze design and implement automated solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with system integration and workflow management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Healthcare provider experience is a strong plus (e.g. working in or supporting a hospital clinic or healthcare system).
