Job Description

  • Business Integration & Governance: Support the integration of two businesses by aligning processes policies and compliance frameworks. Draft and implement operational policies. Track KPIs and support governance reporting.
  • Risk Management: Coordinate Cost Centres RM obligations and approvals working closely with the Director of Operations to ensure alignment with enterprise risk standards.
  • Client & Team Support: Support the Director of Operations to liaison between the two entities ensuring clear communication minimizing gaps and promoting consistent adoption of new practices across teams.
  • Financial Performance Management: Support the rollout of the financial operations tool Dynamics 365 ensuring data accuracy in forecasting win/loss tracking and sector performance. Drive system enhancements and usage to maximize business value.
  • Data & Reporting: Build dashboards and analyze data using Power BI and Excel to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in business operations or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in operations business analysis or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting policies and procedures.
  • Background in financial operations contract administration and compliance.
  • Familiarity with risk management and SOX compliance (asset).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools (asset).
