This is a rare opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work directly with founders investors and top-tier clients across the tech life sciences and venture capital sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate complex commercial and corporate agreements

Lead and support M&A transactions venture financings and corporate governance matters

Provide strategic counsel to startups emerging growth companies and investors

Manage and conduct due diligence and legal research

Collaborate with partners and cross-functional legal teams
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

J.D. from a top-tier law school

Active membership in the California Bar

36 years of experience in M&A private equity or venture capital transactions

Background in technology or life sciences industries is a plus

Strong business judgment attention to detail and interpersonal skills
