A leading international company with headquarters in the UAE is expanding into Belfast - and this is your chance to be part of something new from the ground up.
We are partnering with this fast-growing professional services firm to help them establish their presence in Northern Ireland. As they build out their UK operations they are actively seeking talented individuals to join their team in corporate services specifically focusing on company incorporations and corporate governance.
The Opportunities:
1. Junior Company Secretarial Associate
Ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in corporate structures and company law. Youll start in the incorporations team gaining exposure to different jurisdictions and the foundations of company setup.
2. Mid-Level Corporate Governance Specialist
This role requires solid experience in company secretarial work or corporate governance. Youll be involved in post-incorporation services including:
- Drafting board and shareholder resolutions
- Managing share changes
- Director appointments and resignations
- Supporting governance best practices for a global client base
