What youll do:
- Ensure correctness and completeness of company data across CRM/CPQ systems (Accounts Contacts Leads Opportunities Quotes Orders Sales Plans Projects Activities) identify user errors and work with users to correct issues
- Create and manage reports dashboards and contracts within Salesforce collaborating with the Legal team to reflect negotiations with MSA customers
- Organize monthly new hire orientation and Salesforce training update training materials and policies support user queries via Chatter and conduct ad-hoc training sessions
- Provide daily Salesforce support to Sales Marketing and Customer Experience teams assist with data segmentation deduplication mass uploads email template creation and support senior management reporting needs
- Build ad-hoc/custom reports and dashboards tailored to job functions or users and generate detailed work instructions for Sales Marketing Customer Experience and business processes
- Manage Salesforce user accounts access rights and security settings; provide help-desk support; act as central contact for change requests; log system bugs and improvements; and perform system testing in sandbox environments
- Handle territory realignments with mass record reassignment import/export data for backend synchronization and collaborate with IT on project implementation and system integration
- Work with global CRM Regional Leads to ensure alignment in requests training and processes; provide backup support; and ensure improvements benefit Aggreko Rental Solutions globally
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms including data management report/dashboard creation contract management and system configuration
- Proficiency in data accuracy cleansing duplication mass data uploads and synchronization between systems with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs creating training materials and providing user support through various channels (e.g. live sessions documentation Chatter)
- Ability to build custom reports and dashboards tailored to different business functions analyze data to support sales and marketing activities and generate clear work instructions
- Experience managing user accounts access rights system changes testing in sandbox environments and collaborating with IT teams on system integration and improvements
- A bachelors degree in business administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field is typically preferred; Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly advantageous
