Primary Job Functions
- Planning and executing sales activities occasionally supporting sales activities outside Central Europe.
- Ensuring effective internal organization of processes and structures.
- Managing the area sales budget.
- Developing and coaching the global sales team.
- Executing company strategy and supporting the Business Development Manager in evaluating new business fields.
- Participating in local and international exhibitions and conferences.
- Being an active part of the global Recycling Team.
Qualifications :
- B.S. in Business Economics Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling large capital industrial equipment and managing large sales areas.
- Knowledge of and selling to the waste and recycling industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and network within regional waste and recycling categories is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English) and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in customer waste and recycling plants and outside in high/low temperatures.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50 - 70% of the time.

Pay Band
For U.S. applicants in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements the anticipated annual base pay range for the Sales Manager position is $100000 to $120000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location. As with certain positions in the organization this role is eligible for additional forms of compensation.
