Tasks
We are looking for a motivated creative individual to help grow our client base and manage digital content for our valued clients. If youre people-oriented digitally savvy and passionate about local community storytelling wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to attract new clients and support existing ones
- Guide clients through advertising options and create tailored ad packages based on their goals
- Post promotional content for clients across our digital platforms
- Maintain organized records of client communications campaigns and billing
- Offer excellent customer service and problem resolution with professionalism and care
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales marketing or digital content management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a strong plus)
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Positive proactive attitude with a client-first mindset
- Legal eligibility to work in Spain
- You must be based on the Costa del Sol
