Job Description
We are seeking dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team in Lagos Nigeria. As a Sales and Marketing Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nigerian market
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including digital marketing and networking events
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Expertise in social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior
- Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
