What youll do:
- Lead a wide range of talent profiles from Go-To-Market (Customer Success SalesMarketing) through Product and R&D functions
- Partner with stakeholders to consult and become trusted advisors on all aspects of hiring
- Be a talent magnet - someone all talent wants to connect with
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience - ensuring every interaction reflects our customer-obsessed mindset
- Data-driven recruiting - discovery of these golden nuggets that will make all the difference

What youll gain

What you have:
- 5 years of experience recruiting end-to-end in medium to high scale hi-tech companies
- Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
- Proven experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews
- Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Previous experience with Greenhouse
- Advanced Proficiency with AI tools
