What youll do:

  • Lead a wide range of talent profiles from Go-To-Market (Customer Success SalesMarketing) through Product and R&D functions
  • Partner with stakeholders to consult and become trusted advisors on all aspects of hiring
  • Be a talent magnet - someone all talent wants to connect with
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience - ensuring every interaction reflects our customer-obsessed mindset
  • Data-driven recruiting - discovery of these golden nuggets that will make all the difference
  • Experience a cutting edge technology based talent acquisition - with AI Augmented

What youll gain

What you have:

  • 5 years of experience recruiting end-to-end in medium to high scale hi-tech companies
  • Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
  • Proven experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews
  • Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Bonus Points:

  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer employee
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse
  • Advanced Proficiency with AI tools
