DescriptionOptimal on behalf of its client a leading banking institution is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Professional to join the Advertising & Marketing Communications team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing & advertising strategies
- Collaborate with product teams and the Corporate Communication Department to develop targeted communication programs
- Formulate and present communication plans with a focus on targeting positioning ad concepts media channels and KPIs
- Work closely with internal units to assess communication needs develop plans and support new/existing product positioning
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external partners (agencies media etc)
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for the production & placement of marketing materials
- Monitor competition and analyze the performance of communication campaigns
- Track & assess communication efficiency against targets generating reports & improvement suggestions for management
Requirements
- At least 5 years of previous relevant experience
- BSc in Marketing Management or other related degrees
- Experience in youth marketing with insight into trends behaviors and digital engagement
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite
- Creative professional who stays ahead of trends and explores innovations
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Cooperate with different teams
