Job Description
We are looking for experienced Caf Assistants to join the Benugo team at Buckingham Palace.
Located within the iconic royal residence this temporary caf operation will serve a high volume of visitors with a focus on exceptional service. From manning tills and replenishing displays to clearing tables and maintaining a pristine environment our team delivers a seamless and welcoming experience in a truly prestigious setting.
We Offer:
Rate: 13.85 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Contract: Fixed Term July 9th 2025 to September 28th 2025
This role follows a 45-hour weekly shift pattern with a contract guaranteeing a minimum of 30 hours per week.
About the Cafe Assistant role:
- Taking orders serving food and drinks replenishing fridges and clearing tables
- Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
- Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is desirable and a clean background check is required to comply with the clients on-boarding procedures. A professional attitude and commitment to high service standards are essential.
