As the Accounts Operations Manager you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our Care Services division by providing comprehensive accounts partnering services. This pivotal role sees you ensuring a seamlessly supported accounts team while also directly contributing to the Accounts/Business Managers objectives. You will take charge of critical financial operations including maintaining and updating YTDs expertly managing e-business events and meticulously reconciling payment statements. Furthermore you will have the rewarding opportunity to lead and mentor a dedicated team of three direct reports.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time contract until 1 September 2026 with the opportunity for permanency subject to review. The role will work within a hybrid model which includes 3 days working from home and 2 days from our Bowen Hills office each week to ensure a healthy work life balance.
