- Using your knowledge of rates packages and hotel facilities to respond to general enquiries and to conduct site inspections
- Handling incoming client calls to respond to general enquiries
- Assisting with research competitive analysis and compilation of reports
- Updating and maintaining the Sales and Marketing database
- Assist with proposals drafting documents mail-outs and outgoing communications
- Assist in creating content for print online and digital distribution
- Administration tasks as required including maintaining electronic files
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in an administration role with proficiency in Microsoft Office and good keyboard skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and to prioritise tasks
- Experience within hotel operations preferred knowledge of sales and/or marketing in the hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Availability to work two to three days per week
