Our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a privately owned agency that has achieved success through strong client retention niche market expertise and top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing knowledge preferably with exposure to real estate and possess excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming submissions and identify the best markets and plan of action
- Market to carriers and handle carrier negotiations
- Get policies bound and pass off to the service team
- Attend proposal meetings and renewal meetings as needed
- Quote new/renewal business if applicable
Qualifications:
- Required/Preferred Licenses/Designations: P&C
- 7-15 years of experience in commercial insurance marketing
- Experience with real estate and mixed client portfolios
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software
Day-to-day:
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating submissions negotiating with carriers and ensuring policies are bound and passed off to the service team. They may also need to attend proposal and renewal meetings as required.
