Job Description

Manage all Maintenance and Repair related paperwork compliance special projects and rebill.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and put together rebill packages for Marine and Domestic segments as needed for the Chicago and outside markets.
  • Work with field staff to assist them with vendor issues and needed reporting.
  • Create POs for manual work orders when required.
  • May assist in the field at times for driver in-gate and out-gates
  • Special projects handling reporting license plates capturing and identifying units that need to be captured.
  • Ordering needed supplies and issuing POs in GP.
  • Submit work order through IMRS
  • Keeping record of productivity
  • Maintain inventory for depot location
  • Maintain inventory for parts and assist with quarterly counts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Conscientious Dependable and Self Starting
  • Industry knowledge and experience desirable
  • Strong computer skills (Excel PowerPoint Word)
  • Hard working self-starter with an attention to detail
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results oriented professional with effective writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize meet deadlines and excel in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
