Job Description

OVERALL SUMMARY

Join TrinityBridge Bespoke Investment Team where you will provide administration service support to the Bespoke team working alongside two Senior Investment Directors a Senior Investment Manager and a Senior Investment Administrator. The role is vitally important to delivering excellent outcomes for the clients that are looked after by the team so the successful applicant would be working directly with all members of the team and across the whole client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Levels & Positive Client Outcomes

  • Deliver levels of service expected by High Net Worth clients including assisting in the regular assessment and reporting of any change in client circumstances & suitability factors
  • Provide a high quality service when transferring new clients into the firm liaising with all administrative departments within TrinityBridge to deliver a seamless transition
  • Ensure external and third party client payments are processed in timely and efficient manner
  • Produce automated investment reports ahead of client meetings
  • Ensure adequate record keeping of client correspondence and conversations
  • Liaise directly with clients over administrative matters
  • Provide excellent client service to ensure zero incidents and complaints
  • Consistently follow processes and ensure a great experience for the client
  • Provide general administration support for investment directors

Strategic Planning

  • Engage and participate where required in improvement initiatives and provide constructive feedback to drive future initiative direction.

People

  • Champion and demonstrate TrinityBridges core principles continuing to ensure a one team one culture ethos across Bespoke especially as teams grow in size and new talent is developed
  • Actively participate in TrinityBridges diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with colleagues across Bespoke

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

  • Experience in a client facing Investment services administration role preferable but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilient and reliable team player willing to respond and support various external and internal requests
  • Excellent record keeping and reporting capabilities
  • Strong IT and MS Office skills: Word (intermediate level) Excel (intermediate level basic formulas) PowerPoint(intermediate level) Outlook (advanced level)
