Central Services Support Co-ordinator Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator to provide a comprehensive and proactive back office administration service.
Your main duties will include investigation and decision making regarding utility bills and budgets paying invoices via the teams I-Buy purchasing system responding to correspondence from residents as a first point of contact and support to teams across the business providing the most efficient access to resources.
You will be a well-organised person with a sound office background able to work under pressure as part of a team and able to use your own initiative be attentive to detail and confident with problem solving. It is essential to have first-rate customer service and IT skills including advanced knowledge of Excel. You will need excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with internal and external customers and suppliers ensuring you give the highest level of customer service at all times.
