- Drive end-to-end recruitment across Pan India ensuring timely and efficient hiring in alignment with business priorities.
- Prioritize hiring needs based on business criticality and maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving demands.
- Develop and execute a cost-effective talent acquisition strategy emphasizing low-cost channels and optimizing cost per hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined SLAs and TATs.
- Leverage social media and professional networking platforms to source and engage high-potential candidates.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Regularly communicate progress on open roles and proactively recommend solutions to close critical positions on time.
- Monitor recruitment budgets keeping overall hiring costs within approved limits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws data protection regulations and internal policies throughout the hiring life-cycle.
- Track key recruitment metrics and generate insightful reports for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends competitor strategies and emerging recruitment technologies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing recruitment & at a managerial level.
- Handling a team of 7-8 people.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong grasp of recruitment strategies processes and best practices.
- Proven success in talent acquisition within fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
