We have an exciting opportunity available for a Practitioner to support in two Primarys schools across Glasgow offering family support to identified families. One school is based in the East of Glasgow and the other in the West.
Our Practitioners work closely with schools to identify children young people and families who would benefit from additional wellbeing / family support either within the school environment local community or family home. Support can be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and can vary on a daily basis depending on the needs of children and their families.
