Job Title: Order Processing and Admin Specialist
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 9 AM 5 PM EST
Compensation: $800 $1500 USD/month (Full-Time Independent Contractor)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations with order entry customer communication and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced accuracy-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Entry: Accurately process incoming customer and sales rep orders via phone and email.
- Customer Support: Respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
- Email & Call Management: Monitor and manage communication from clients and team members regarding orders and documentation.
- Administrative Support: Assist with documentation form completion and internal processes related to state registrations and order tracking.
- Compliance Assistance: Help ensure orders and documentation meet any required regulatory standards particularly for alcohol-related products.
- Process Efficiency: Proactively suggest ways to improve workflows and reduce administrative bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 3 years of administrative or customer support experience; experience in compliance or product registration is a plus.
- Order Accuracy: Strong ability to handle data entry and order management with precision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail Drive).
- Independence: Self-starter who can manage tasks and deadlines without direct supervision.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to complete work thoroughly and accurately under time pressure.
