Ready to take the lead at one of Africas most dynamic diamond processing operations This is a high-impact role for an experienced Plant Foreman or Senior Operator with deep expertise in DMS and recovery circuits.
Based in Luaxe Angola this opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote project environment and is ready to mentor others solve complex processing challenges and drive operational excellence.

We are looking for:
- 5 years of experience in DMS and recovery or separation plant operations
- A hands-on leader who can coach teams and run tight shifts
- Someone who can read interpret and respond to plant performance data
- A disciplined team player with high safety and operational standards
- Willingness to work in a remote site-based rotational environment
Security clearance medical fitness and a clean criminal record are mandatory for this role!
