Reports To:Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Position Summary:We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to support the CFO in managing the companys financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join agrowing healthcare services companyand contribute to its continued success. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting budgeting treasury and vendor management with a strong focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance withASPE.
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage the general ledger accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Support year-end audit and tax filings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Support operational leaders with monthly financial reporting and insights to drive performance and accountability.
Qualifications:- CPA designation or in final stages of completion.
- 46 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding ofASPEand financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Legally able to work in Canada
