Summary
BCE Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join its Corporate Strategy team as a Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives across BCE and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of corporate strategies working closely with internal cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director and broader Corporate Strategy team in delivering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the development and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across BCEs business units.
- Conduct market research industry analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Help identify and evaluate new growth opportunities partnerships and innovation initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation of high-quality presentations and reports for senior and executive leadership.
- Prepare high level financial analysis to support the assessment of strategic initiatives
- Participate in BCEs annual strategic planning process and support business units in aligning with corporate objectives.
Critical Qualifications
- A degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy corporate development or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in the telecommunications industry and awareness of emerging technology trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant designation (e.g. CFA CPA) is an asset
- Experience in the telecommunication or technology industry
