Job Description
Cobblers Tavern is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join its already-established team! If you are passionate about customer service hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences we want to hear from you!This is an excellent opportunity for a manager looking to step into a large venue and showcase their skills!!.
The position will suit a candidate with outstanding leadership skills and the proven ability to positively impact a team and provide exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone with proven experience managing a multifaceted venue who can problem-solve and thrive in a busy environment.

Essential requirements:
- 2 years in a Management role
- Experience working in a fast-paced venue
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong background in Food and Beverage-focused venue
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods including late nights and weekends
- Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
- Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
- Unrestricted Approved Manager Red Card
