Grocery Patrol Guard

Location: Villa Park IL
Rate:$18.00/Hour
Available Schedule: Thu-Sun 1400-2300 Mon 1200-1945Tue-Sat 1200-1945

What Your Day May Look Like:
- Patrol store interior and exterior to ensure safety and prevent theft vandalism or suspicious activity.
- Monitor security cameras and alarms.
- Greet and observe customers entering and exiting the store.
- Deter shoplifting and respond to suspicious behavior according to company policy.
- Collaborate with store staff and law enforcement when necessary.
- Respond promptly to incidents such as disturbances accidents or emergencies.
- Write detailed reports on daily activities incidents and observations.
- Enforce store policies regarding conduct and safety.
- Provide customer service and assist customers with questions or directions when needed.
- Escort employees or customers to vehicles upon request or during late hours.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Security experience a plus.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Reliable transportation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in our background check process.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer servicecontrol access for patrons visitors or vendors as required monitor CCTV and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
