Job Description
Qualifications/Experience:
Prefer experience working with primary-aged children.
Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Desire to work with children as part of an educational community. Excellent observation skills excellent communication skills safety awareness positive attitude team work flexibility patience and ability to take direction yet show to work with students and adults as a crossing guard.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion respect responsibility self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
Crossing guard at arrival and/or departure times each student day. Assist students maintain order and maintain safety. See job description for additional information.
