ECI Management Group is looking to hire Experienced Cooks
To be successful in this role you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how to operate Kitchen equipment. Under the supervision of unit manager/chef coordinates production of hot foods and cold food items ensuring production performance procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards.
Our operating hours will be 7 days a week 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours. Weekend hours may be required.
Below are the shifts needed:
Cook 1 (Cooking Experience)
$19.71 per hour (Full Benefits) Union Position
5:30 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Friday
12:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday
11:30 am to 19:30 pm Sat & Sunday
Cook 2 (Cooking Experience w/ Supervisory Experience):
$20.71 $4.93 Non-Union Supervisory Position $25.64 per hour (Full Benefits)
5:30 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Friday
12:30 pm to 8:30 am Mon through Friday
11:30 am to 7:30 pm Sat &Sun

Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills
Lead cook is to prepare food and cook from Scratch and history of supervision
Able to follow recipes for our menu making recommendations to Manager.
Serve Save Certification
Job Duties can include:
Production of Hot and Cold Foods
Strictly follow Recipe Cards
Operating Kitchen Equipment
Cleaning
Maintain high Sanitation Standards
Must be a US Citizen / Authorized to work / and able to pass background check. Have a Real ID Drivers License.
