Job Description
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
Allocate manpower monitor workflows and ensure optimal machine utilization.
Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies.
Resolve production-related issues and minimize downtime through root cause analysis.
Maintain accurate records of production output downtime material usage and maintenance activities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and procurement teams.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and inspect finished products.
Train and guide production staff on processes safety protocols and equipment usage.
Collaborate with the planning quality and maintenance departments for seamless operations.
Generate production reports and submit them to senior management regularly.
Essential Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical Production or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production supervisory role.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes production planning and quality standards.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production software (ERP knowledge preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
