Were hiring a Systems Security Administrator (SecOps Admin) to help strengthen our security posture and support best-practice governance risk and controls across the business.
Joining our Cyber Security and Governance Team youll help deliver and evolve HUB24s IT Governance Risk and Controls (ITGRC) framework covering both internal and third-party systems. Your focus will be on deploying managing and optimising security tools and responding to incidents vulnerabilities and requests.
This is a hands-on role that spans applications networks servers and end-user devices. Youll also be a key escalation point for our SOC developers and support teams bringing a proactive mindset and strong communication skills to the table.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and day-to-day administration of security tools and services.
- Develop and enhance SecOps processes for cloud and on-prem environments.
- Manage vulnerabilities and ensure secure operations across systems and infrastructure.
- Act as a subject matter expert for security operations.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of strategic security initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Protect system integrity confidentiality and compliance with privacy and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with the team and provide backup support as needed.
Requirements
- Experience administering and supporting security tools in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management and secure IT operations.
- Solid grasp of security frameworks governance and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to contribute to strategic security projects and process improvements.
- Skilled in maintaining clear technical documentation and system records.
- Effective communicator and team player comfortable acting as an escalation point.
- Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
