Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Gundersen Health System is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant!In this role youll provide advanced administrative support to multiple departments or a division helping to coordinate projects manage complex schedules and serve as a mentor to other office assistants. Whats Available:
40 hours/week
Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
Location:La Crosse onsite
Support multiple departments or a division with high-level administrative tasks
Opportunities to lead or assist with divisional projects events and educational sessions

What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Post-high school training(minimum one year) in Business Administrative or related field
34 years of experiencein an office secretarial or administrative setting
Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bonus if you have:
Associate degree in a related field
Experience in a healthcare setting
Master Certification in Microsoft Office Suite
