We are seeking a motivated and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Cleveland. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into leadership roles by learning the foundational practices of business operations team management and strategic execution. You will work closely with department leads and executive staff to develop your leadership capabilities while contributing directly to company initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of leadership development programs and initiatives
Participate in cross-functional projects and training sessions
Collaborate with department managers to identify opportunities for improvement
Analyze data to track performance metrics and contribute to decision-making
Contribute to team planning coaching sessions and organizational development efforts
Attend workshops and leadership development sessions to build core competencies
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Communications or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated interest in leadership team development or operations
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
