Job Description
- You will support the buyer (m/f/x) in processing orders and ensuring the timely delivery of fruit and vegetables.
- You also will enjoy communicating with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery dates and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitoring stock levels and informing the buyer (m/f/x) about stock levels in order to avoid shortages or excess stock is your responsibility.
- You are comfortable keeping accurate records of purchases deliveries and stock levels.
- You act as a support to the Buyer (m/f/x) in checking the quality of incoming products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- You enjoy coordinating with the logistics teams to ensure the smooth transportation and delivery of products.
Qualifications :
- You will have at least three years experience in procurement supply chain or a related field.
- You have good MS Office skills and knowledge of merchandise management systems and databases. Good command of English and basic knowledge of German are also required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and documentation.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills are critical to quickly resolve issues related to orders shipments and inventory.
