Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the laundry department including supervising laundry staff scheduling and task allocation.
- Maintain and enforce quality control standards to ensure all linens garments and items meet established cleanliness and presentation criteria.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of laundry supplies detergents and equipment
- Develop and implement efficient laundry processes to maximize productivity and minimize turnaround times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean and pressed items as needed.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of laundry equipment to prevent disruptions in operations.
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the laundry facility and implement necessary protocols to prevent accidents.
- Handle customer inquiries requests and concerns related to laundry services in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze reports on laundry operations including productivity expenses and inventory levels.
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
