The team plays an active role in some of NetApps boldest and most strategic decisions in defining and driving greater operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of execution. Today NetApp is leading the way in how our customers get the most out of their data with industry-leading cloud data services storage systems and software.
As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate you will join a highly entrepreneurial team including alumni from top management consulting firms and versatile professionals in Enterprise IT. We partner with key stakeholders to define and refine strategy solve complex problems build scalable processes analyze business performance and execute critical cross-functional initiatives that enable NetApp to achieve its business objectives. You will play a role in driving needle-moving cross-functional projects building relationships with several top executives across the company and will gradually specialize in one of NetApps business units. This position provides unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the avenue to unique functional leadership roles at NetApp.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $138K - $179K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance Life Insurance Retirement or Pension Plans Paid Time Off (PTO) various Leave options Performance-Based Incentives employee stock purchase plan and/or restricted stocks (RSUs) with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws regulations and company policies.
