We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in IT sales and ERP sales. You will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with potential clients and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
As a Sales Executive you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify prospects engage with them effectively and ensure successful conversions. Your ability to understand customer requirements and align them with our ERP solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads for IT and ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in IT and ERP sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our ERP solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales and ERP sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT and ERP solutions with the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
