Position Summary...
Were seeking a strategic and versatile Senior Manager Analytics & Automation to lead process improvement AI integration and operational excellence across our People Insights team.This role goes beyond traditional analysis its about identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and insights through automation and elevate how our team delivers value. AI is one of the most important priorities across every team at our company and this role will play a key part in staying connecting with what others are building so we can learn adapt and avoid reinventing the wheel.

What youll do...
Analytics & Executive Insights
- Use SQL and advanced analytics to generate insights and integrate internal and external workforce data that inform high-impact decisions.
- Deliver crisp executive-ready summaries dashboards and presentations for Global People leadership.
- Own the development and delivery of daily weekly monthly and quarterly labor market and economic updates for senior audiences.
AI & Automation Strategy
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives that enhance team efficiency insight delivery and automation across People Insights.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation augmentation and tooling and partner with team members to implement them.
- Bring a strategic lens to how AI and analytics work together to elevate the teams output and influence.
- Build relationships with partner teams across the organization to stay on top of AI solutions in progress surfacing opportunities to collaborate learn from others and avoid duplicative efforts.
Team Enablement & Operational Excellence
- Create scalable systems and workflows to ensure high-quality consistent delivery across the team.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the teams business impact and drive accountability.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms that support resource optimization goal alignment and clarity of execution.
- Act as a strategic communications hub shaping and amplifying the teams voice through clear compelling narratives.

What You Bring
- A proven track record of managing large-scale cross-functional projects in data-driven or AI-enabled environments.
- Demonstrated experience identifying automation opportunities and delivering measurable operational improvements.
- Exposure to or experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics with experience integrating data from multiple sources.
- Strong operational skills including KPI development resource planning and workflow optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
- Familiarity with People Analytics HR technology or workforce strategy is a plus.
- MBA preferred.
