Location: Porto Portugal
Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Sunday - Initially one morning shift; future rotative 24/7 shifts)
Salary: 1000 EUR gross with 14 monthly payments
Meal allowance: 763 EUR net monthly

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming support inquiries via email and chat.
