Role:Strategic Business Development Manager (optionally titled Enterprise AE)

Location:Europe France Turkey (priority); Germany (secondary). Candidates can be based in other countries.

Product:Cloud-based software platform that creates interactive 3D digital models of critical infrastructure (e.g. energy grids rail telecom). Enables simulation of real-world events like storms or heatwaves to optimise asset management and reduce field work. Used for planning inspections and decision-making.
Size and functions of local team:- BDM in Madrid
- Hybrid CS/Deployment in London
- CS Director and Manager in UK
- Goal to scale local teams as EU footprint grows
Role description:- 34 BDM roles open (France Turkey Germany)
- Selling to transmission operators grid operators infra engineering teams (e.g. SwissGrid 50Hertz Ampereon)
- Full-cycle enterprise sales; high complexity long cycles
- Prospecting-heavy; role includes new market entry and partner enablement
- Hybrid technical BDM role also open (e.g. sales engineers doing prospecting/closing)
- SaaS infrastructure or consulting background; not interested in candidates from cyber security
- Roles may carry different titles depending on market (e.g. Enterprise AE); must be consistent internally
- Compensation complexity noted in Turkey; strong expectations management needed

Must haves:- Native French or Turkish speaker
- Willing to focus on France or Turkey market for 12 months
- 5 years enterprise sales experience (preferably in infra/manufacturing/engineering tech)
- Electrical engineering or similar technical academic background
- Fluent in English
- SaaS/consulting experience
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Comfort with prospecting and new market development
Nice to haves:- Experience in LiDAR PLS CADD or structural engineering tools
- Willingness to travel or relocate within region
Salary range & secondary benefits:- EU: 75100K base 100% OTE (150200K total)
- Turkey: Up to 4.5M TRY gross base 50% bonus (max 160K OTE); previous offer at 3.6M TRY
