Job Description
Position: Custodian
- Details- Full Time positions with health benefits (Dental & Vision available for purchase)

Work Related Experience Skills Abilities
- Preferred- Successful maintenance/cleaning experience
- Preferred- Skills abilities experiences in light maintenance inspections general cleaning management of personnel
- The ideal candidate will have abilities to positively communicate collaborate and work well with others.
Qualities of a Desired Candidate Include:
- A track record of success as evidenced by positive relationships positive communications and strong recommendations from previous employers.

Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning- (sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and other general cleaning)
- Administrative offices and areas kitchen storage closets caf dining areas daily kitchen and dining garbage removal etc.)
- Other areas as needed or directed throughout the school day to include cafeteria bathrooms locker rooms classrooms and gym
- Stocking (Re-stock and re-order towels hand soap toilet tissue trash liners etc.)
- Light maintenance- Changing light bulbs moving furniture unloading trucks and other requests as needed by school administration.
- Inspections/Reporting- Inspect night shift cleaning reporting deficiencies to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned by administration
- Ability to perform any physical duties associated with this position (e.g. lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis sitting for long periods of time walking seeing standing for extended periods of time etc.).
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
