Job Summary
This is a pipeline position that will be opened on a recurring basis and used to fill roles aligned with the required skill sets.
Recruiting efforts will be ongoing until specific teams find an ideal match
Location: Germany
NetApp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving sales goals building partnerships and coaching your team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
- Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
- Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities.
- Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
Education
- Minimum 8 years of field sales experience and 1 year of people management.
- College degree or equivalent experience required.
