Job Description

Job Title: RFP & Grant Writer

About the Company:
Were working with an innovative healthcare startup thats transforming how in-home care is delivered across Canada. Theyve grown rapidly and are now focused on scaling their impact even further through strategic funding and partnerships.

Your Role:
Youll lead the charge in identifying writing and submitting high-impact grant applications and RFPs. This role is a 50/50 split between grant writing and RFP responses ideal for someone whos sharp with words and passionate about making healthcare more accessible and community-focused.

Qualifications:
-35 years of experience in grant and/or RFP writing
-Strong writing chops with a track record of winning submissions
-Great at juggling multiple deadlines and organizing info from cross-functional teams (Project Management)
-Detail-oriented and self-motivated
-Experience in healthcare or social services is a bonus
-Based in Toronto with 2 days/week in-office
