Our Sous Chefs are trained to work all stations and have excellent knife skills. We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for. Caring about the details expanding ingredient and menu knowledge and fostering a positive leadership and learning mindset are key aspects of the Sous Chef position. Cortina situated in the heart of downtown Seattle is positioned at the foot of one of the citys most notable commercial high-rises Two Union Square. Offering delectable Italian cuisine and expertly crafted cocktails guests can enjoy an expansive bar area and intimate dining room or reserve our private event space for special occasions
