The position will report to the Director Tax Operations and will have a close working relationship with theCorporateFinance and Accounting Group along with interaction with the segmentcorporateoffices and operating company locations.
Job Description:
Assist the Director Tax Operations with day-to-day US domestic federal and state income tax compliance and planning matters including identifying and leading process improvements tax planning and modeling and post-acquisition integration. Collaborate with the international tax M&A tax controversy and tax reporting teams within the tax department. Interact with all levels of management as well as external service providers.

Pay Range: $175000.00 - $195000.00annually
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
