What We Need:
COMPANY: McKesson Corporation
POSITION: Sr. Associate Software Developer/Engineer
LOCATION: 5440 W 110th St Suite 200 Overland Park KS 66211
JOB DUTIES: Develop application components in an Agile environment utilizing a test-driven approach. Make enhancements to existing software improving overall performance and user experience. Perform quality assurance testing on the application ensuring adherence to functional requirements identifying any defects or issues. Work on enhancement and maintenance of a web application. Write batch jobs to maintain daily and weekly updates to the database. Identify and automate recurrent Service Requests which decrease the ticket rate by 20%.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered Software Development or a related occupation.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:
- Programming Languages: PHP(Laravel) and Java;
- Web Technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript and VueJS;
- Databases: SQL and MariaDB; and
- Tools: Visual Studio Eclipse Git HeidiSQL JIRA Jenkins SVN and Agile/Scrum.
OFFERED WAGE: $92435- $125100/year
