Job Description
Project Scope: The client is seeking for Software Engineer 3 who develops software solutions by studying information needs conferring with users and studying systems flow data usage and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications standards and programming.
Roles/Responsibilities: This contractor role is for a Senior Java Developer and they will work on the PCS SCOR EI. This role will be responsible for making updates to the SCOR Java. Updates include changes to business logic updates to the user interface and business logic as well as extending reporting capabilities and the system data model. Supports application enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode. Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing peer reviews documentation defect root cause analysis and troubleshooting as required. Maintaining code coverage testing and security policies and procedures is required. Available for on-call support as needed. Other duties as assigned and required by the unit operations.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8 years of experience required in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java programming language
- 8 years of experience required in applications development on J2EE platform
- 8 years of experience required in writing SQL for relational databases
- 8 years of experience required in RESTful web services on Spring platform
- 8 years of experience required in working on Spring Aspect Oriented Programming like transaction management and security
- 8 years of experience required in RESTful web services on Spring platform.
- 8 years of experience required with JUnit and Unit Test development
Desirable Skills:
- 4 years of experience preferred with Angular UI Framework
- 4 years of experience preferred with Crystal Reports
- 4 years of experience preferred Experience with PowerBI
