Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB React ).
Build and enhance user-friendly portals following agile development methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Lead and mentor junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Work on multiple client-facing and in-house products ensuring timely delivery and high performance.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure robust application performance.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Full Stack Developer.
Technical Skills:
o
Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB React ).
o
Strong experience in portal development using agile methodologies.
o
Familiarity with RESTful APIs microservices and front-end/back-end integration.
o
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
Project Experience: Hands-on experience working on multiple products for clients and in-house projects.
Soft Skills:
o
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
o
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
Bonus Points
Experience in CRM software development (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or custom CRM solutions).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
