Job Description
OurClean Harborsfacility inLa Porte TXis searching for aGuard Shack Coordinatorto join their team. As aGuard Shack Coordinatoryou will be responsible for working in the guard shackand checking drivers into the facility. Verifying their documentation PPE and distributing with mail.
Shift:First shift: Monday-Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm; OT and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Working in guard shack to facilitate drivers who are entering the facility helping them with Proper PPE and check-in;
- Prints and creates outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads;
- Prepping and distributing mail;
- Organizes and files plant and truck to truck paperwork;
- Data entry into internal programs;
- Organizes and maintains trailer inventories;
- Filing typing and general clerical duties;
- Any administrative duties as deemed required by supervisors.
Qualifications
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1 years of related work experience preferred;
- Computer skills and knowledge are required;
- DOT Training/Knowledge a plus;
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
