Part-Time Position $16/hour Tips Monday - Friday Weekends Off!

Shift Details

• Part-time Employee will workthe eveningshiftlisted belowand may have opportunities to pick up additional shiftsup to 30 hours per week
• The Evening shift will be a set schedule working five days weekly Monday - Friday

Part-Time Shuttle Team Operating Hours -Evening Shift

• Monday Friday
• 3:30pm - 8:00pm

Minimum Requirements

• Over the age of 21 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (Restricted Permitor Probationary License not accepted)
• At least 1 year of shuttle/bus driver experience with a strong personable customer-centric approach required
• Being a safe and responsible driver following all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• A CDL License is not requiredbut is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

When shuttling guests

• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor providing a positive experience to everyone you interact with
• Greet and welcome patient visitors and staffto the healthcare facility
• Answer questions on officeor department locations and provide directions
• Followa planned route making scheduled and on-demand stops to pick up or drop off patients visitors and hospital staff
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking including those with mobility challenges and/or luggage & medicalequipment
• Useapps/technology daily to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics for assigned shuttle route
• Ensure the shuttle bus is clean and in good working order performing routine checks and reporting any issues
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or other required information

When not shuttle driving for guests

• Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility and provide directions to offices or departments ifnecessary
• Assist in maintaining a clean welcoming and professional work environment inside and outside of shuttle
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all patients guests staff and team members

About You

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are well-spoken professional and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 21 possess a valid state drivers license with a clean driving record and havethe physical stamina to stand walk and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet patients visitors and staff with a consistently warm friendly demeanor showingcompassion and empathy to everyone you interact with
• Provide exceptional Shuttle services ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings
• Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthenthe client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges and luggage & medical equipment boarding and disembarking the shuttle
• Use apps/technology daily to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics
• Efficiently manage shuttle logistics adhering to all site requirements and assigned routes as well as abidingby all traffic codes at all times
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities
• Effectively build relationships with hospital staff patients guests and team members
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environmentand ensurethe shuttle bus is clean and in good working order performing routine checks and reporting any issues
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or other required information
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Over the age of 21 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Possess a validin-statedrivers license (Limited PermitAnd Probationary License not accepted)
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• Work with professionalism integrity and compassion supporting your team and positively representing Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
• Workwell independently and as part of a team
• Operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that is required to complete daily tasks
• Move with care urgency and speed while prioritizingcompetingtasks in a fast-paced environment and paying attention to surroundings and details
• Work in a sitting position driving for theentire shift time
• Safely and physically able to lift up to50 lbs
• Speak read and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus!)
• Effectively able to build relationships with yourteam and others in a professional manner
• Ability to walk stand push and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

• Base pay of $16/hour plus tips
